Ronald E. Gluck is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He has devoted his thirty year career to representing victims of serious personal injury and wrongful death. Attorney David White comments on today's Boston Globe article showing the state failed to inspect the majority of mall escalators regularly in the years leading up to last month's mall escalator accident that killed a child.
